Integration in the Netherlands

Integration in the Netherlands at Vonk helps people to better understand, speak and write the Dutch language. You will also learn about the way we live together in the Netherlands. You will be well prepared for passing the integration exam or state exam. We try to adjust the program to the student, the program will be based on the outcome of an interview.

Integration course – when you register yourself

Are you registering for the integration course yourself? Here on the right, under registration, you can read how to do this.

• Terms are made about the number of lessons
• These terms are established in a contract
• The base is 3 half-days of lessons each week (8.25 hours each week at school).

Combining integration and education

It is possible to immediately follow a MBO education course during the integration course. You can follow the entrance level 'entree' education. The enterence level is for people without a diploma or previous education. This prepares you for a job or another (level) education. In 2 years you pass your integration exam and your entrance education course.

Integration course– registration via the municipality

If the integration takes place via the municipality (Samen Inburgeren Noordkop), the following applies:

• Lessons are 3 days each week
• Participating in a program to integrate as quickly and effectively as possible.
• This program is 4 days a week (32 hours)
